2. Lesson Times
Arrive on time; lessons run strictly to schedule
Late arrivals will not extend lesson time
Students and visitors must behave respectfully
Parents of school-age children must escort children to and from the Academy
Follow parking instructions
3. Lesson Cancellations
Student: 48-hour notice required to reschedule. Make-up lessons must be attended. Teachers are paid regardless of attendance. Multiple reschedules may require a new lesson time or enrolment cancellation.
Teacher: Replacement teacher provided where possible, or lesson rescheduled.
4. Termination & Refunds
No refunds for mid-term cancellations or concert cancellation
5. Holidays & Public Holidays
Tuition must be paid to hold your place during family holidays; lessons will be rescheduled
Lessons continue on public holidays during term
6. AMEB Exams
Teachers may cancel exam enrolment due to insufficient lesson attendance
Parents are responsible for any costs from cancellations or rescheduling
Students must be available for scheduled exam sessions
7. Changes
Requests to change teacher or lesson time may be made at any time, subject to availability.
